Cancellation Policy
Refunds may be made up to 14 days prior to the date of the workshop, minus a 10% administration fee.
Our small print
All workshops are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Your place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Amendments
Amendments to bookings can be made up to 14 days prior to the workshop date.
If you are unable to attend within 14 days of the workshop date, you may transfer your place to someone else. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to do so.
Dietary and Accessibility Requirements
Please inform us of any dietary and/or accessibility needs at the time of booking. Please note workshops held at Trelowen Flowers, Orchard Park are accessible, while we are off-grid we do not have a disabled toilet. Please check with other locations we hold workshops at to confirm their accessibility.
Workshop Cancellation by Trelowen Flowers
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, Trelowen Flowers will offer a full refund of course fees or, if preferred, transfer your booking to another workshop. We are unable to refund any additional costs you may have incurred.
